People & Culture Manager (HR)

On-site in Santee · Full-time · Reports to the CEO

Your mission

Make Discflo a place where great people want to join, grow, and stay, while keeping the company safe, compliant, and accountable as it scales.

What you'll own

• Full-cycle hiring and onboarding built on our core values
• Retention, development, and succession planning
• Compliance, personnel records, the handbook, and HR SOPs
• Employee relations, including investigations
• The performance and accountability system, with coaching for managers
• Engagement and culture measurement, followed by action on the results

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years owning the full HR function
• U.S. Person status (Citizen or Permanent Resident), required due to ITAR regulations
• Preferred: manufacturing experience; SHRM or HRCI certification; familiarity with EOS or Lean; bilingual English/Spanish
