The Opportunity

Are you a builder who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment? We are looking for a People & Organizational Development Manager to join our leadership team as the architect of our People strategy. This is a role for a leader who can scale our operations while driving daily execution, designing and implementing a best-in-class Human Resources (HR) function tailored to our field workforce—specifically focusing on recruiting, training, and performance management.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Our People Strategy: Align talent management with our company's vision, mission, and values, serving as a thought partner to leadership on organizational design and capacity planning.
• Revolutionize Talent Acquisition: Establish a data-driven, high-volume recruiting engine to attract and retain top talent for high-turnover frontline/field roles. Build Training & Career Paths: Create comprehensive onboarding frameworks, scalable career pathing, and leadership development programs for technicians, field staff, and emerging managers.
• Drive Performance & Culture: Implement company-wide performance evaluations, utilizing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Manage HR Infrastructure: Oversee core HR operations, including personnel records management, benefits administration, policy development, and multi-state legal compliance.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally in fast-growing, multi-location service
• businesses or distributed frontline workforce environments.
• A builder's mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving fast iteration, and executing in resource-constrained environments, with a proven track record of building scalable HR systems and organizational structures from the ground up.
• Strong aptitude for leveraging technology to streamline operations; prior experience with
• Paylocity or similar CRM experience is a strong plus.
• Deep expertise in high-volume recruiting for blue-collar, hourly, or field services sectors.
• Strong foundation in organizational development, Learning and Development (L&D), and standard employment practices.
