 A Typical Day in the Life:
As a People & Talent Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the People & Talent team.

Responsibilities may include:

Maintain HRIS and related systems, handle data entry, scheduling, reporting, billing, and explore opportunities for automation and process improvements
Coordinate onboarding logistics, manage recruiting event materials and logistics, and support cyclical recruiting programs

Assist with training logistics, materials preparation, and tracking of professional licenses, certifications, and education requirements

Support employee engagement initiatives, administer surveys, track data, and help coordinate annual events
Provide backup coverage to ensure continuity across HR functions

Qualifications:
Candidates should be detail-oriented, systems-minded, proactive, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.

Successful candidates will have:

1–3 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with UKG and LC Vista a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
