5+ years of previous work experience in Human Resources/People Function on People Partner level role, preferably in global matrix organization Experienced in managing HR (People) projects, including defining scope, driving execution, and managing competing priorities Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Estonia labour law Excellent analytical and presentation skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Eager to take on accountability, new opportunities and challenges with high energy and enthusiasm Excellent stakeholder and relationship management Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources (preferably), Business Administration or related field
