This is more than a traditional People & Culture Generalist opportunity. As Mesta Electronics, Inc continues its growth, we are seeking a highly motivated People & Culture professional who is excited to help build the next chapter of our organization.
Reporting to the Director, People & Culture - USA, the People & Culture Generalist serves as the primary People and Culture partner for the Mesta Electronics operation, working closely with leadership and employees to support growth, talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
In addition, this role will play an important role in supporting Health & Safety programs and initiatives at the site while partnering with regional EHS leadership to strengthen our culture of safety and continuous improvement.
