This is not a traditional HR administrative role. We are looking for a well-rounded Human Resources and People Operations professional who enjoys supporting employees, partnering with leaders, contributing to recruiting efforts, and helping build scalable people practices within a fast-paced global environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of People Operations, Global Delivery Leads, operational leadership, project teams, and executive leadership to support employees, workforce initiatives, and business operations.

This is a true People Operations role that combines Human Resources, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition responsibilities. Over time, opportunities may include increased involvement in employee relations, workforce planning, project launches, compliance initiatives, recruiting strategy, operational leadership support, and other People Operations functions.

Success in this role will be measured not only by technical knowledge, but also by communication, judgment, accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to supporting employees and business operations.
This position works closely with the Director of People Operations, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Global Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Operations Teams, Finance Teams, and Executive Leadership, including the CEO.

Specific shift assignments will be determined based on business requirements and operational needs.
Regardless of shift assignment, all People Operations team members are required to attend a mandatory daily People Operations meeting.
Current Meeting Schedule
Attendance is considered an essential function of this role.
Please note that this meeting schedule follows U.S.-based operations. Team members are expected to maintain attendance based on the designated U.S. schedule regardless of daylight saving time changes. As a result, meeting times in Pakistan may shift periodically throughout the year.
Volga Partners supports employees, clients, and operations across multiple countries and time zones.
While this position follows an assigned primary schedule, candidates should be comfortable providing occasional support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, or local holidays when business needs require.
This position follows the Pakistan holiday schedule.
Due to the global nature of our business, employees may occasionally be asked to provide support during local holidays or outside standard working hours based on operational needs.
This position is subject to an initial probationary period of ninety (90) days.
Depending on performance, business needs, and operational readiness, the probationary period may be extended at the Company's discretion.
