Typical, Monday - Friday, Normal Business Hours

Pay Range:

$47.50 - $71.25

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, review, approval, maintenance, and retirement of people related policies 

  • Establish clear lifecycle stages, ownership, and decision rights for all policies 

  • Ensure policies are current, accurate, and aligned to evolving organizational needs 

  • Maintain disciplined review cycles and documentation standards 

  • Align policies to our purpose & commitments 

  • Align policies to enterprise governance bodies, decision frameworks, and escalation paths 

  • Ensure consistency across divisions, geographies, and practice environments 

  • Partner with governance forums to coordinate approvals and resolve conflicts 

  • Reinforce accountability for policy ownership and adherence 

  • Convert policy requirements into clear standards, procedures, and expectations 

  • Ensure policies are written for usability, clarity, and realworld application 

  • Reduce ambiguity by defining roles, responsibilities, and decision thresholds 

  • Partner with enablement teams to ensure policies are actionable in practice 

  • Facilitate collaboration across Legal, Compliance, PCBPs, Operations, and other stakeholders 

  • Balance regulatory requirements with operational realities 

  • Resolve competing perspectives while maintaining enterprise consistency 

  • Ensure timely progression of policies through review and approval processes 

  • Establish standards for policy publishing, version control, and accessibility 

  • Partner with Training & Development to support effective rollout and reinforcement 

  • Enable leaders and teammates to understand and apply policy expectations 

  • Monitor adoption challenges and address barriers to understanding 

  • Track changes in employment law, regulatory guidance, and best practices 

  • Assess impact of external changes on existing policies 

  • Proactively recommend policy updates to mitigate risk and ensure compliance 

  • Partner with Legal and Compliance on regulatory interpretation 

  • Define metrics to assess policy clarity, usage, and effectiveness 

  • Analyze feedback, trends, and case data to identify gaps or misalignment 

  • Use insights to drive continuous improvement of policy content and structure 

  • Inform leadership of risks, inconsistencies, or opportunities for simplification 

  • Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate, or modernize policies 

  • Reduce policy complexity while preserving intent and compliance 

  • Promote consistency and standardization across the enterprise 

  • Support the evolution from “policy as rules” to “policy as enablement” 

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

None Required.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience Master’s degree preferred 

Experience Required:

Typically requires 5 years of experience working in human resources, compliance, or related leadership role.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

Ability to handle complexity, agility, adaptability, strong judgement, strategic thinking, capability to scale impact, coming up with solutions. Communication, influence, resilience, relationship and stakeholder management, understanding the external landscape
