Your Role
The People Services (PS) Regional Coordinator supports the regional PS team to creating an excellent experience by providing PS administration and transactional support. You will be a collaborator who can support multi-location and multi-state distributed teams across a diverse geographic region. You will be on-site and will report to the People Service Market Manager.
What You'll Do
Perform administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities to support HR and HRIS functions
Provide regional administrative support for culture and engagement
Support recruiting/onboarding process for candidates and assists PS Leaders/Leadership team
Provide general administrative support for PS programs including compensation, benefits, 401k, and other employee programs
Maintain accurate people data for expense allocations and reporting purposes
Ensure region / store compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
Process employee terminations including coordinating exit interviews, prepping paperwork, coordinating final checks, and aiding with the exit process and asset collection
Work alongside PS team to ensure all issues are resolved and escalated
What You Bring
1 year of administrative support (in People Services / HR office)
Experience supporting multi-location (or multi-state) organizations
Experience supporting Senior Leadership
Experience with PS information systems; Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems & KRONOS
Must be available to work onsite in Dallas, Los Angeles, or Chicago
