Per Diem CNA

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Vitawerks is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a variety of Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Facilities in the LA downtown and greater LA region.

We are hiring Per Diem shifts – we work with you to evaluate the best flexible schedules to balance your work and life.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Handling and serving residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and vitals
• Coordinating schedules for residents requiring rehabilitation therapy
• Receiving and escorting visitors
• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Medication Management.
• Follows infection control techniques in performing patient/resident care.
• Observes and reports signs and symptoms of changes in condition.
• Exchanges information necessary for quality patient/resident care.
• Prioritizes patient/resident activities based on current care needs.
• Maintains all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy.
• Provides proper documentation including but not limited to electronic record keeping.

ABOUT YOU:

We provide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with our technology to serve patients in the best possible way. We require our professionals who meet the following requirements:

• Must be actively certified in the state of California as a Nursing Assistant
• CPR or BLS Certification,
• Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year)
