Job Location: Milford, MA (Telemedicine).
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contract.
Pay Rate: $150/hr for telemedicine.
Schedule: Starting May/ June 2025.

Physician MUST be licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Compact state license is a plus!

Full Description:

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Endocrinologist to provide chronic disease management programs to a private client in the Milford, MA area. The Endocrinologist will participate in our telemedicine multiweek Metabolic Health Program, which focuses on chronic disease management for conditions such as prediabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and specific exclusion of Diabetes.

The Endocrinologist will also work directly in guiding them through a structured multi-week program designed to improve their wellness and lifestyle.

We handle all patient appointments and administrative work, allowing you to focus entirely on one-on-one clinical patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to practice preventive and personalized medicine in a supportive, structured setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide chronic disease management to patients based on our program guideline.
• Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle.
• Prescribing chronic disease management medications.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
• Must have current MA license. Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred.
• Board certification in Endocrinology.
• Background in family practice, internal medicine and preventive care preferred.
• Background in urgent care will be considered.
• Patient education driven.
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must have own laptop/tablet.
