About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infusion Registered Nurse to perform home health field visits across Los Angeles County. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values flexibility, clinical independence, and the chance to make a lasting difference in patients’ lives.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Administer infusion therapy in the home, including IVs, injections, port and PICC line care

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the full care process for each visit including Start of Care, Resumptions, Recertifications, Discharges, and Follow-ups

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver comprehensive nursing services including wound care, ostomy care, blood draws, and patient education

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document patient visits using an EMR system such as WellSky or Kinnser

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members to coordinate care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Travel throughout the assigned region to provide direct patient care at home

  
  

What You Bring

• 
  

  Strong clinical experience with IV infusions, including peripheral, port, and PICC line access

  
  


• 
  

  Confidence in wound and ostomy care

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in documentation and comfortable using EMR platforms (WellSky or similar preferred)

  Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care with professionalism and empathy

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  Active and unrestricted California RN license

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Up-to-date TB test and physical exam

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation to complete home visits throughout the region
