PER DIEM Registered Nurse for Home Care

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial assessments at clients’ homes
• Create care plans tailored to client needs
• Conduct orientations for new caregivers
• Perform supervisory visits and calls to ensure quality care
• Make follow up calls to ensure client and caregiver satisfaction

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• Ability to drive to clients’ homes
• Experience in home care is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
