Per Diem Staff Pharmacist, Whitman Walker

Exciting new opportunity for a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist to work within our clinic based pharmacy located at the Whitman Walker Clinic in Washington, DC.  We’re looking for a customer service oriented pharmacist to join our growing company.  The pharmacy is managed by Maxor National Pharmacy Services headquartered in Amarillo, TX.  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Successful candidates will possess the following education and experience necessary for this position: 

Education: 

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy


• Pharm D or equivalent demonstrated experience required


• Current District of Columbia Pharmacist license 

Experience: 

• 3+ years retail pharmacy management experience


• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred


• Experience in HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred


• Strong leadership and supervisory skills;


• Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team;


• Effective written and verbal communication skills;


• Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
