Performance Management Analyst

The Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support revenue cycle optimization. This role focuses on data integrity, reporting, performance monitoring, and actionable insights to improve efficiency, compliance, and reimbursement outcomes across assigned departments.

Education and Experience

•  Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, finance, or analytics


• Experience with Epic reporting tools (e.g., Reporting Workbench, Clarity) preferred
