Performance Marketer Lead Generation & Social Media

To further strengthen our digital marketing capabilities, we are looking for a results-driven performance marketer with a strong sense for social media.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and potentially Google Ads.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copywriting with a focus on minimizing cost per lead.
• Analyze campaign data and provide clear reports with recommendations and optimizations.
• Strengthen our social media presence: manage and update our company pages on Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Ensure consistent branding, content planning, and a professional look across social media channels.
• Set up initiatives to collect customer reviews via appropriate channels (Google, Facebook, etc.).
• Advise on improving funnels and landing pages to support lead generation.

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing with proven results in lead generation.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), targeting strategies, pixel implementations, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with social media management and content planning.
• Ability to independently build and optimize campaigns, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Ads, and potentially analytics dashboards.
• Fluent in English and/or French (Dutch is a plus).
