Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy and Planning
Translate business priorities, seasonal demand, and revenue goals into full-funnel paid media strategies.
Develop campaign briefs and media plans defining objectives, audiences, channel roles, budgets, KPIs, and testing priorities.
Plan activity across paid search, paid social, video, display, programmatic, and out-of-home channels.
Coordinate paid media with website, CRM, organic social, communications, and other customer touchpoints.
Campaign and Agency Management
Manage the day-to-day relationship with external media agencies, providing clear direction and accountability for execution and results.
Review campaign setup, targeting, creative, messaging, landing pages, tracking, budgets, and pacing to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Monitor performance and recommend optimizations, budget shifts, and incremental investments.
Maintain a structured testing roadmap and sufficient platform expertise to evaluate and challenge agency recommendations.
Audiences, Measurement, and Reporting
Develop first-party audience strategies using booking, website, and CRM data, including prospecting, remarketing, modeled, and suppression audiences.
Track performance across media, website, and booking activity to identify conversion gaps and growth opportunities.
Evaluate results using ticket revenue, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, customer acquisition cost, and return on advertising spend.
Partner with analytics and technology teams to maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution, while distinguishing platform-reported results from broader business impact.
Deliver concise weekly and monthly campaign-level reporting covering results, insights, actions, risks, and upcoming activity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with creative teams to develop campaign briefs and improve assets using performance insights.
Work with web, e-commerce, and CRM teams to strengthen landing pages, booking journeys, audience activation, and lifecycle communications.
Collaborate with revenue and commercial teams to align media investment with demand, inventory, pricing, and sales priorities.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or a related field applied to attractions, entertainment, ticketing, hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or another transaction-focused consumer business.
Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or programmatic platforms.
Experience planning and optimizing multi-channel campaigns against conversion and revenue goals, working with annual budgets of $5M+.
Experience managing media agencies, vendors, or other external partners.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, first-party data, conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.
Experience with web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
Strong analytical, spreadsheet, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to translate performance data into clear actions, with a commercial focus on revenue, conversion, efficiency, and customer value.
Experience using generative AI, workflow automation, or AI agents to improve marketing analysis, reporting, campaign operations, and team efficiency, with appropriate human oversight and attention to data privacy.
Comfortable owning a function end-to-end, setting priorities and bringing forward new ideas rather than working from a list.
Self-motivated and curious, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while adapting to new skills and technologies.
The anticipated salary range is $120,000 USD to $140,000 USD per year.
