Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn – Remote, U.S. Hours)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — from campaign setup to optimization and scaling — with a clear focus on driving leads, sales, and ROI.
If you’re both analytical and creative, and know how to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms
Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness
Create and test ad creatives, targeting, and messaging
Collaborate with content and creative teams for consistent campaign execution
Optimization & Growth
Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities
Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to improve ROI and efficiency
Stay updated on platform changes and best practices
