Fast Twitch Performance and Recovery ("FT") based in Saddle Brook, NJ has been serving the community for over 7 years. Our 20,000 SF performance & training facility houses a broad range of clients from professional athletes to the elderly population. We have an unwavering commitment to exercise science, client satisfaction, and the career development of our team.

Our state-of-the-art facility integrates physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and performance training. We work directly with our partner company, Ferraro Spine and Rehabilitation ("FSR"), which is a multi-disciplinary outpatient medical practice. Located upstairs above Fast Twitch, FSR has operated for over 27 years.

As a Performance Specialist, you will:

• Create, implement and direct clients through individualized training programs


• Market and sell services/ products associated with the company


• Establish relationships with local schools, teams and organizations


• Obtain equipment, materials, and supplies for the preparation and maintenance of the facility


• Maintain the requirements of training certifications and insurance


• Communicate with clients on all offers of the practice, including our rehabilitation services

We are seeking an individual:

• Certified in personal training with a specialization in sports performance


• Highly motivated and eager to learn and share their passion for exercise science


• Enthusiastic, efficient, and emphatic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Confident communicator and effective listener


• Preferred athletic background
