Position Summary:
The American Indian Perinatal Coordinator works to provide care-coordination support and culturally grounded perinatal education to American Indian (AI) families throughout the pre and postnatal process. The Perinatal coordinator is responsible for providing the knowledge, skills and resources parents need to provide a safe, stable environment that supports a healthy pregnancy, labor/delivery and postnatal resources through a culturally based lens.
