Perinatal Health Representative - Hiring Fast

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with patients to schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient coordination and addressing any changes promptly.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining Excel charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support inventory management activities, including tracking supplies and assisting with restocking as needed. 
• Provide logistical support for lactation classes, including setting up rooms, preparing materials, and assisting with administrative tasks such as making copies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and organization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
