Job Description - PERINATAL OUTREACH NURSE/HELP ME GROW BRIGHTER FUTURES

Licensed: Registered nurse in the state of Ohio. Certifications: Complete NCAST feeding and teaching certification within one year, pending training scheduling. Complete Nurse Family Partnership training per the Nurse Family Partnership National Service Office training schedule. Experience: Minimum two years of recent experience in pediatrics, birth through 5 years, required. Experience in adolescent psychology, OB, home care and community nursing preferred. Valid driver's license and an insured safe automobile. Must be a Non-smoker.
