• Monday – Wednesday & Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Our periodontics team focuses on improving patients’ oral health, comfort, and confidence. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Care Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting both our patients and our clinical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients—both in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, surgical procedures, and follow-up visits.
• Clearly explain treatment plans, answer patient questions, and review financial arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
• Partner with the periodontist and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide patient education on periodontal treatments and post-operative care instructions.
• Keep the patient experience positive, organized, and efficient from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dental or medical office experience (periodontics experience is a plus!).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software.
• A caring and professional demeanor with the ability to multitask effectively.
