The Moody Outpatient Clinic on the Parkland Campus is searching for a dedicated Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become a vital part of our growing outpatient practice. This opportunity is rooted in a renowned Level I Teaching Hospital, providing excellent clinical care to an underserved adult patient population. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients in an outpatient setting.


• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.


• Deliver care to patients transitioning from hospital discharge to outpatient follow-up.


• Manage patient care plans, preventive health screenings, and chronic disease management.


• Coordinate care with specialists, care managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.


• Participate in phone/beeper call coverage as assigned.


• Support quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and access to care.


• Provide compassionate, culturally competent care to an underserved patient population.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) required.


• Minimum of one (1) year of physician experience required.


• Strong outpatient primary care experience with adult patients.


• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.


• Strong communication and patient education abilities.


• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuity of care.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active state medical license required at time of submission.


• Active DEA certification required.


• Clean malpractice and license history – highly preferred.
