Description

Average Hourly Rate: $17.90 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

TFI Family Services is looking for a dedicated full-time Support Worker to join our team!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, OR
• Previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families, OR
• An associate degree in a Human Services field (can substitute for experience)

A Day in the Life of a Support Worker:

As a Support Worker, you will provide vital support to Case Managers working with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. You may be tasked with teaching skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families. You will work as part of a collaborative team to access resources, plan, and advocate for families, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Your role will involve connecting families with community resources to foster healthy, long-lasting relationships.
