About the Role:  

• Follow city/town standards for permits and work procedures

• Collaborate with construction managers to verify proper permit procedures

• Complete building permit applications

• Track job status

• Coordinate between city inspectors for build permits and inspections

• Other duties as assigned by manager

Key Qualifications:   

• High school diploma

• 3+ years of Customer service experience.

• Detail oriented with a fast-paced environment.

• Gathering and analyzing data

• Team Player

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
