As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly.


What You’ll Do

• Manage, process, and track permits for HVAC and plumbing projects

• Coordinate with city/county departments to ensure timely approvals

• Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and compliance requirements

• Work closely with project managers, technicians, and office staff to meet deadlines

• Provide administrative support to ensure all jobs are compliant and ready for inspection


What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience pulling permits preferred (especially in HVAC and plumbing trades)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with municipalities, contractors, and internal teams

• Computer proficiency and ability to manage tracking systems

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
