What You’ll Do:
Permit Management:Obtain, track, and maintain permits, licenses, and inspection approvals to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Government Liaison:Communicate with municipal offices to move permit applications forward and troubleshoot delays.
Customer Support:Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, keeping them informed and supported throughout the permitting and installation process.
Documentation:Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and approvals.
Issue Resolution:Identify and resolve permit-related roadblocks to avoid project delays.
Cross-Team Collaboration:Work with internal departments, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project flow.
What You Bring:
Experience in permitting, construction coordination, or home services (preferred)
Strong knowledge of permitting processes and working with local municipalities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes independently
