Permitting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Determine building permitting requirements for new market the company operates in or expands to.
• Meet all building permitting requirements through application submission with the appropriate AHJ's.
• Ensure permits are completed and sent out to all necessary crews.
• Communicate with third party contractors, design team, and AHJ's through various means (phone, email, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of building permits and the status they are in.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in solar is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• This position is required to work in the Provo, UT corporate office. 
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
• Preference will be given to applicants with full-time availability.
