Person in Charge- Full-time

The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth and successful store operations and a safe and secure Co-op for all our staff and customers. Continuously assess operations across the store and provide support to ensure our store is well stocked and maintained, that service areas provide great service, and checkout lines flow well. Strive for a great customer experience throughout all areas of the store. Maintain a physical security presence on the sales floor while interacting with customers to ensure a safe and pleasant customer experience. Exhibit a sense of urgency when responding to all emergency situations. Monitor daily activity on the sales floor to ensure policies and procedures are being followed. Provide prompt, courteous customer service to meet assigned store objectives. Support operations with cashiering and bagging customer purchases, perform carry-outs and support general cleanliness operations. Support store appearance and selling departments with ensuring shelves, coolers and bins are kept fully stocked and in good condition. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Schedule: Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday- Early mornings and weekends

Pay Range: Begins at $20.95 with additional compensation for experience
