Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant

Fully on-site between 2 office locations in the Glen Rock and West Orange areas

Full time / Temp-to-hire

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The owner of a growing medical practice is looking to hire a Personal Assistant / Admin on a temp-to-hire basis. Duties will include:

· Supporting the practice owner and be his "right hand"

· Answering phones

· Correspondence

· Calendar management

· Scheduling

· Personal errands

· Special projects

· Must be detail oriented, proactive, with excellent communication skills.
