Job title: Personal Assistant with Creative Insight for CEO/COO
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Terms: Starts as a contractor for 90 days, then may become a regular employee based on performance
Salary/Rate: Dependant on Experience
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, must be flexible. Possible Saturday once or twice a month
Benefits: After 90 days of employment, 10 days of paid time off, Medical, Dental, and vision insurance, 401k after 1 year of employment. Potential domestic or international travel with the CEO/COO.

About the Role:
We are searching for an optimistic, flexible, and resourceful Personal Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX, someone who can seamlessly blend the roles of a personal assistant with those of a creative advisor. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, who understands the needs of personal branding and is committed to supporting and assisting with day-to-day personal, creative, and professional tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Provide daily personal assistance, including driving, running errands, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
-Offer creative input and suggestions on personal styling, outfit choices, and overall image presentation.
-Assist in capturing life moments through photographs or videos for personal documentation, not for direct social media management.
-Handle light administrative tasks such as document preparation, and data organization.
-Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with personal and sensitive information.
-Collaborate on creative projects and contribute to decision-making with a focus on enhancing personal branding.
-Teamwork alongside the Executive Assistant and the personal assistant team.
Candidate Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or experience in the hospitality industry.
-Fluent in English and Spanish.
-A keen eye for fashion, styling, and visual presentation.
-Ability to provide constructive feedback and creative suggestions in a respectful manner.
-Valid driver’s license and comfortable with local travel. Passport ready preferred
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-High degree of honesty, integrity, and discretion.
-Capacity to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
