Personal Care Aide

University Home Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Highland Township, MI. As a Personal Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents with daily living activities. This role requires compassion, patience, and a strong sense of empathy.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident's health or behavior
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding

Requirements:
- Two forms of ids 
- Own Transportation 
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move residents with physical limitations
