Personal Care Aide

Description of the role:

The Personal Care Aide will provide assistance and support to clients with activities of daily living in their homes. This role requires compassion, patience, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders


• Help with light housekeeping tasks


• Follow the care plan outlined by the Registered Nurse or Care Coordinator

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in caregiving is preferred


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to pass a background check
