Personal Care Aide

Description of the role:

University Home Care in Monroe, MI is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team. The Personal Care Aide will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities to our residents in a compassionate and caring manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents


• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks


• Escort residents to appointments and outings


• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Requirements:

• Two forms of ids 


• Own transportation 


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to handle physical demands of the job
