Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Milford, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being in a home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing


• Help with mobility and transferring safely


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment


• Monitor client health and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Ability to pass background checks
