Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide support and assistance to clients in Howell, MI. This role involves helping individuals with daily living activities to improve their quality of life and promote independence in a safe and caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Support clients with mobility and transferring safely


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Monitor client condition and report any changes to healthcare professionals


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately


• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic


• Be able to work independently 


• Ability to pass background checks 


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation  is a plus.
