Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in South Lyon, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental and emotional well-being.


• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.


• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.


• Follow care plans established by healthcare providers and communicate progress effectively.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to perform physical tasks required for caregiving.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in South Lyon, MI.
