Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to join our team in White Lake, MI. In this role, you will provide vital support to individuals in their daily living activities, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely


• Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring


• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and meal preparation


• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote positive mental health


• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to office

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or home health aide role is an asset


• Ability to pass a background check


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations


• Compassionate and patient attitude toward clients’ needs
