Personal Care Aide

Join University Home Care Inc as a Personal Care Aide in Inkster, MI, where you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their daily living activities. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help clients with mobility and transferring safely.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Monitor and report any changes in client’s health or behavior to supervisors.


• Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a personal care or home care setting is a plus.


• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate compassion and patience.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.


• Must pass background checks as required by the company.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
