Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aide to join our team in Belleville, MI. This role involves providing attentive and supportive in-home care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Support clients with medication reminders and monitoring health conditions.


• Maintain a clean and safe environment according to established procedures.


• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.


• Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ condition promptly.

Requirements

• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.


• Ability to pass background checks.
