Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate and professional support to clients in Saline, MI. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to promote their independence and well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.


• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Follow care plans and ensure client safety at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or similar role is a plus but not needed.


• Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Saline, MI.


• Relevant certifications or training in personal care is a plus but not required.
