Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Fowlerville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Assist with light housekeeping and errands as needed.


• Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.


• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and well-being.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or a related field is an asset.


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Fowlerville, MI.


• Must pass background checks and meet all regulatory requirements.
