Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide quality in-home care to clients in Yale, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to enhance their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed


• Support clients with mobility and transferring safely


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment


• Monitor client health and report any changes to supervisory staff


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients


• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Experience in a caregiving or personal care role is a plus but not require 


• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Yale, MI


• Willingness to submit to background checks and any requirements
