Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Aides in Chesterfield, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients by assisting with daily living activities and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Help clients with mobility and transferring.


• Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Monitor client conditions and report any changes to the care supervisor.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or related field is a plus but not required.


• Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills.


• Ability to pass background checks and any required certifications.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Chesterfield, MI.


• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
