Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Aides (PCAs) who are committed to providing quality care. Caregivers must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently while following a care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Dressing and mobility assistance
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Prepare simple meals
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)
• Provide medication reminders (no administration)
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Complete daily care notes and follow assigned care plans

Requirements (Must Have – No Exceptions)

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or similar)
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Recent TB Test / Health Screening
• Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation

Important Note

This is a non-medical position. Personal Care Aides do not perform skilled nursing services or administer medications.
