Personal Care Aide Manager

We are seeking an experienced Personal Care Aide Manager to lead the daily operations of our personal care services. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at managing people, processes, and performance while ensuring high-quality, compliant care for clients. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, staff supervision, and compliance—serving as the go-to leader for both office and field teams.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of personal care services to ensure quality, continuity, and compliance
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure full coverage and quick response to changes
• Review, approve, and submit payroll; resolve timekeeping and payroll issues
• Supervise, coach, and support Personal Care Aides and scheduling staff
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for Personal Care Aides
• Manage training, in-services, and continuing education requirements
• Serve as the escalation point for client and aide concerns, ensuring timely resolution
• Oversee incident reporting, workers compensation cases, and follow-up
• Maintain regulatory compliance and support audits and quality improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in home care, personal care, or healthcare operations
• Proven experience with staff supervision, scheduling, and payroll
• Strong understanding of personal care services and regulatory requirements
• Confident leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

• Prior management experience in a home care or personal care agency
• Experience with Medicaid, private pay, or managed care programs
• Familiarity with electronic scheduling and timekeeping systems

Work Environment: Hybrid office and field-based role with occasional travel and on-call support as needed.
