We’re looking for compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Caregivers to support clients in their homes in Ventura, Ojai, and surrounding areas. Most shifts range from 4 to 6 hours, perfect for caregivers looking for part-time hours that work around their life.

Current Shift Needs:

• Ventura Day Shifts:
  10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Tues/Thurs)
  9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Ojai Home Care:
  8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1 day/week)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, oral care, and feeding

• Prepare and serve meals based on client dietary needs

• Provide light housekeeping and errand support

• Escort clients to appointments

• Support social and recreational engagement

• Report changes in condition or home environment to your supervisor

• Follow the RN-created Plan of Care and document daily visits

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and clean home environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old

• Registered with the California Home Care Registry (We can help with this!)

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervised care setting within the past 3 years

• Current CPR certification (in-person course)

• Negative TB test or Chest X-ray within the last 12 months

• Physical exam completed within the last 12 months

• Reliable transportation
