Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Provide light housekeeping support


• Assist with meal preparation and feeding


• Help clients with mobility and transfers


• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervising nurse

Requirements:
