Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to our clients in Saline, MI. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding according to client preferences and dietary needs.


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Document care activities and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.


• Follow care plans and instructions

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Two forms of vaild IDS 


• Ability to assist with physical tasks and mobility support.


• Reliable, compassionate, and patient.


• Ability to pass background checks and relevant screenings.
