Personal Care Assistant

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants in Belleville, MI. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.


• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment.


• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate records of care and client progress.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal care or related field is a plus.


• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.


• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.


• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.


• Flexible schedule to meet client needs.


• Pass background check.
